SLC's Greater Avenues Historic District

The state of Utah is greatly interested in maintaining the integrity of its historic districts. Homes in these districts often qualify for tax credits. This can greatly assist in the costs of an historic home restoration.

Most of CHC's projects in the lower avenues have been eligible for tax credits.

20% of Utah Historic Tax Credits are easy to apply for.

Site work and accessory structures (garages) cannot receive tax credits.
